If you are being provided with Cliftons catering services as part of your event, the period of time allocated to your group will typically fall within the following timeslots:
Morning Tea: 10.00am to 11.00am
Lunch Break: 12.00pm to 2.00pm
Afternoon Tea: 2.30pm to 3.30pm
Custom timeslots outside these periods can be requested by event organisers however additional costs may be incurred.
Gluten-free and vegetarian options are provided, simply queue in the catering area and staff will guide you to the clearly labelled products.
External catering is not permitted to be brought into our venue due to our food & beverage licensing requirements.
Please consume any food in the breakout areas and do not eat in the training rooms to help us keep them clean and tidy.
CLIFTONS ALLERGEN POLICY
As a company we are very aware that dietary considerations are an important factor for our clients and their delegates. As such, we take all due care to offer varied meals on a daily basis that incorporate alternative options to the most common food allergies and requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. We have clear labelling to identify any common allergens in all of our menu options.
Due to the diverse nature of our clientele, we offer a range of items daily that fit within these considerations, including salads, soups, sandwiches and hot buffet dishes. Any specific dietary that falls outside the common parameters we are unfortunately unable to cater for. In these instances and for those with severe allergic reactions we encourage guests to bring in their own food and our staff will store (refrigerate) and reheat meals (microwave) as necessary. There is no catering charge for clients who do not eat Cliftons catering due to allergy requirements.
As we run commercial kitchens, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of food allergens in the environment.
Kosher meals may be available to order at additional cost from local external suppliers on request. A minimum 72-hour notice period is required. Please enquire with our bookings team.
